I was getting ready to defend this. And then i saw the trailer. I could go into the tragic tale of 'why i kind of begrudgingly tolerate twilight films mainly because i loved the books before anyone knew them enough to judge me for it', but nobody cares.

The trailer is bad, and deserves no kind of craze or hype. Pattinsson is waay too pale in that forest scene. They keep changing everything from the book into just fucking stupid. And the acting is just hammy.

Ouch for truefansofthebookwhokeeptryingtolikethestupidfilmadaptations everywhere, ouch.
