I still want a new album, but this will definitely tide me over. I never got a chance to see The BQE, so technically this is new material for me.

The Free Willy song was my first real exposure to music as an interest.

I'm looking forward to it. Air is one of those bands that have always been interesting to me. Not necessarily awesome, but always something I'm willing to listen to a given moment.

On a different topic, my God at the freakin' home page. I had to scroll halfway down just to get to the posts.

Is it still cool to dislike popular things? Okay, just checking. I thought this was a great performance by a great band.

I'm a fan of both, but this just doesn't work. Conor's lyricism doesn't fit with the Killers' synthy style. When Conor swells on the line "but when great Satan's gone..." and the Killers just keep the exact same beat, you know it's not good.

Now put out that next album Suf! At this rate, you'll get to state #50 at around 150 years old.

It's like a Funny Aneurysm. It's hilarious when he's out on the porch shooting the breeze with his own grandfather, but then it's not funny when his son asks him to be referred to as his uncle, and suddenly it was never funny to begin with.

"Second of all, it is not up to David Spade, and it is not even up to the Farley family, to determine what is or is not appropriate use of his image/memory."

From "Let's All Dress Up Like Billy Mays" post

"But who are we to judge how Billy Mays III reacts to the loss of his father? Who are we to say what is or is not appropriate or tasteful?"

Which is it, Gabe?
