Only complaint. For a movie about driving there wasn’t much driving. Other than that it was pretty good.

She just really blew up on the big screen. You should see it!

AND GREAT GAME! Or so i’m told…by this show.

I’d like to see a spin off where Jesse (or Walt, or both) go around the country and mexico building up methlabs to make them more efficient and increase the purity. I’d call it Jesse and The Methlab of Bad Dreams.

Am I the only one who reads that in the voice of that mad scientist from aqua team hunger force?

It was alright.

Also three things:
1. The reason why he “needs” Walt is because he is the best. Even Gale, a professional biochemist, can’t reach the 99% purity on his own. At the same time you’d think that they could have just killed Walter in the first place and just say “screw it” and go back to the 96% as you’d think methheads wouldn’t be able to tell the difference and at that point the “best” would be taken care of anyways. At the same time, probably someone like Victor wouldn’t do that great a job at it and the quality would be significantly reduced.

2. I also think Victor was a bit in charge of Gales safety. Not so much that it was his prime, but letting him be killed was kind of a major screw up (also being seen). It’s kind of like darth vader killing all his admirals. They arn’t entirely to blame, in fact they probably have just a tiny bit of blame in comparison to the other factors, but still it is partly their fault and somebody has to answer for it.

3. WHAT IS UP WITH ANNA GUNNS FACE. I guess she got plastic surgery and seems to have gotten fatter. I normally don’t care about peoples looks, but it’s kind of hard when an episode is supposed to be the day of the last season finale, to look quite a bit different and it’s a bit jarring. I guess that’s the cost of waiting so long to renew and get going on this shit. Hopefully AMC will go the HBO method and renew that show now.

THANK YOU SO MUCH KELLY! I was really hoping breaking bad would be covered but I was worried it wouldn’t be because Gabe is already doing a true blood recap. But it is being covered and I really hope it continues to be covered.

Breaking Bad! YAY!

Mission Impossible: GP is also (I believe) the first live action movie to be directed by BRAD BIRD. The PIXAR Brad Bird. The INCREDIBLES Brad Bird.

So I’m looking forward to it.

better to have a short truck than a long truck IMO, did you see how hard it was to maneuver that thing? I bet that guy was thinking “if only this truck was of average length!”

The best part is apparently the only way to make a “boring old day” better is to have a t-rex levitating slightly above the street shooting fireballs and causing explosions everywhere.

I mean, that is pretty awesome.

Scene-house interior-afternoon-door opens and Jack, Alan, Berta, and the mother walk into the house.
Jack-”Man I hate funerals. They are so long and boring. I should have brought my gameboy.” -laughtrack
Alan-”Hey you show some respect for your late uncle charlie.”
Jack-”Well it wasn’t me who supplied him the Viagra”
-laughtrack
Alan-I don’t know why anyone would think that taking a whole bottle of that thing would be a good idea.
Berta-”Well from what i know he was planing on a pretty busy night”
Alan-”How so”
Berta-”Well his death was called in by fifteen 21 year old’s.”
-laughtrack
Alan-” I guess you could say he died doing something he loved”
Berta-”I would say it was more of an acquaintance.
-laughtrack
Alan-”Well at least he looked happy at the wake.”
Berta-”You kidding me, I was surprised they could get the casket closed.”
-laugtrack

Alan-”Well, if you excuse me, I’d like to make another toast.(passes out glasses) Well, i know it’s sad, but these things happen and we just have to make due. It’s just a truth of life that you can never hold onto something forever, and all we can do is make the most of what we are given for this brief time we have it. We’ll never forget you uncle charlie. Here is to you”
“to charlie” -drinks
*silence
Jack-”So can i play my gameboy now.”
*alan rolls his eyes
*laughtrack
-MEEEEEEEEEEEENN

*note Charlie will never be mentioned again.

Muppet Treasure Island? Come on!

I don’t know if this dog really likes having it’s belly rubbed, but i support it. It’s cute.

I’ve never seen it or really heard of it other than on some sections of the internet. Is Wet Hot American Summer pretty rad? Is it the best? Or is it just quite mice?

My most anticipated movie is Tree of Life. It hasn’t played here yet, though it’s playing this Friday in my area (as in less than 2 hours away).

Drinking and driving sucks. This is one of those things which isn’t really that surprising but all the same kind of disappointing and quite sad.

Also Ebert kind of being a dick about it. I agree that drinking and driving is pretty terrible and this should be a lesson to all that none of us are invincible, but the whole cheap quip, particularly with such an audience is quite poor taste.

+1Posted on Jun 20th, 2011 | re: Game Of Thrones Season One Finale (94 comments)

It was a great finale. Only I kind of wished we got some more retribution. Not saying it would be better, but all we got was some fantasy that Sansa was going to push King Joff off a ledge (which was kind of awesome though) and some witch woman who kind of warned her that saving him was sort of a bad idea was burned alive (which was also kind of awesome). Still, I would like one of the horrible jerks to get their comeuppance this season.

probably?

+1Posted on Jun 15th, 2011 | re: Get Well Soon, Sean Bean! (45 comments)

So is there going to be an official game of thrones thread? Cus i kind of want to go into detail what happened last night and don’t want to waste it all here and possibly spoil it for those who haven’t watched the show yet…

+1Posted on Jun 15th, 2011 | re: Get Well Soon, Sean Bean! (45 comments)

Spoiler Alert: If you watch anything with Sean Bean in it he will most likely die in a horrible but kind of awesome manner.
