Your calling “Jerry”, Garry, made me really uncomfortable, even though it is his real name. Good job Kelly! As far as how everyone else treats him, I see the long term justification being that he seems genuinely happy to be around the Parks and Rec dept. even when he is a walking pratfall and also has a nightmarishly beautiful and happy family.
