I was so terribly disappointed in Community. I hated the “darkest timeline” stuff, and to see it come up just made me roll my eyes. If it had just dealt in a same, normal manner with Jeff realizing that it was okay to move on, I might’ve insanely enjoyed this episode. But evil everyone, paintball, AnniexJeff, etc. just made me want to flip a table. I would’ve much rather enjoyed that Abed/Jeff one-on-one if it had been a call back to the My Dinner With Andre episode.

I watched Obama and Conan’s routines last night with my other ex-pat friends, and we pretty much thought the same thing. Though I thought his Michelle Bachmann joke was the best, and I still can’t believe he said that. And the Sorkin joke! I love The American President and that joke KILLED ME.
Aw, is no one here to talk about how great Community was? It was great.

I want to go to Japan one day and just eat. I once watched the Anthony Bourdain TV show where he went to Osaka and just ate all the food and it looked amazing.

Last night, obviously, was Saturday, guys. Forget Monday! It’s ALWAYS SUNDAY.
I only watched a couple clips from last night, and all of the ones Vince Vaughn was in he looked BORED OUT OF HIS SKULL and was looking off camera.
The History of Punk sketch was superb, though!
I remember being so excited about Glee after the pilot. Then Season 2 happened.
I am in the same boat as you, though, but I don’t think I’ll be able to bring myself to be able to watch it.

I’m watching Community again right now and the Dean’s amulet comment just made me laugh harder than anything else. I love this show.
Community was great! I thought it was overall charming despite being slightly predictable. But you know what was the most surprising? RACHEL WAS PLAYED BY BRIE LARSON. I didn’t even recognize her.
The Office was pretty good! I haven’t watched Parks and Rec all season but I’m sure it was great, too.
I’ll still be around the city! I’m so excited you’re comin to town. Find me in the comments from time to time and we can hang out. There was once a Toronto monster meetup, maybe we should try to do it again?

My MSc is almost done! I have like three or four more weeks of legit grad school things before I’m done! I have a job lined up afterward! EVERYTHING IS BEAUTIFUL.

On another note, one time I was on a streetcar (because Toronto) and someone kept on saying into his cellular device “jeah, jeah, jeah, I got you, bro” or “JEAH CAN’T WAIT” and I wanted to jump out of the window. That word is the worst.
