Go see all the Duplass’ movies! Not only are they very nice people, but also very very smart artists who also lack the pretension of “artist”. They have really grown as filmmakers as well since “The Puffy Chair”. I had the pleasure of working on “Jeff, Who Lives at Home”, and the whole experience was refreshing; watching two talented guys run a set that was comfortable and inclusive to everyone, rather than the weird pseudo-serfdom that is inherent in most productions for low-rung crew. There are so many appalling people that are basically walking ego/delusion/sociopath omelets in the film industry- crew or above the line -that you realize how lucky you are when you get to work under this pair.

Also, “Jeff” is a wonderful, sweet, sincere movie with a hard core of honesty that prevents it from being saccharine, and is deserving of being seen aside from the fact that the filmmakers are nice guys.
