So, he called it an "Inuit suit," Inuit being a more correct term for the particular group of people. You, Lindsay, called it an "Eskimo suit," which is not correct and perhaps a little racist. However, his suit is obviously a rather unflattering caricature, so I'm not sure who is being more racist here.
