Pro Tip: Stay In Your Seat Through The Iron Man Credits

thumbnail icon: Pro Tip: Stay In Your Seat Through The Iron Man Credits

Movie Hole (via /film) reports that viewers who sit through the credits of Iron Man will get a glimpse of former World War II hero turned S.H.I.E.L.D. superspy Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson, like the real Nick Fury, but black). Nerds rejoice! A round of energy drinks and power-ups for everyone!

The first time I ever saw a movie wait until after the end credits to show one final scene and thereby blow your mind to the possibilities of what could happen next was at The Young Sherlock Holmes (nullus). I loved it though, and can actually remember sitting through the end credits of a bunch of movies when I was growing up hoping they would put a teaser at the end of the credits. Now we have the internet to tell us what to do. And I control the internet.

I realize this movie is controversial around here, but you should really stick around until the very end of the new Harold and Kumar, too.
