What The World Needs Now Is Chicken Fried Bacon

Despite being a couple years old, this down-home country news clip showcasing a restaurant that serves chicken fried bacon is making the rounds this week. Personally, I gagged at the scene where they show how to make chicken fried bacon (something about that yellow batter,) but I know how popular and exciting new fried foods are on the internet:

There's no explanation for the sudden resurgence of this clip, other than possibly the fact that everything is seemingly spinning out of control. I'll believe it when Martha Stewart makes chicken fried bacon.

what

My roommates and I used to stop at that place on our drives between Austin and Houston. The fried bacon really is all its cracked up to be, while also being revolting at the same time.

I was almost with it until he threw in the cream gravy. That's too much, even for me.
