This Alice In Wonderland Video Deserves To Be Huge Today

This was added to YouTube last summer, but it's everywhere today: a song made up almost entirely of sounds from the Disney version of Alice In Wonderland, set to a hypnotizing (maybe literally!) montage of clips from the movie:

You know on The Simpsons when they look in Homer's head and it's just old-timey cartoon music? This is what I want my version of that to be.

I downloaded it a few days ago on Last.fm ...from the artist "pogo," he's released a high bitrate version along with two other songs based on the same "sampled alice" idea...

The Youtube video you embedded claims 90% composed by sounds from the film - not 'entirely'.

Yeah, I kinda doubt that that bass drum, high hat, or synth bass line were from the movie. Other than that, very interesting.

Absolutely awesome, I can't stop listening to it. Sounds great on a 5.1 Surround Sound System with the bass all the way up! ^_^

@FYI - That's why he said 'almost entirely'

Watching this stoned is really cool and a bit trippy.

@hey

"Very sel(dom) follow it"
"A lot of trouble"

is what I hear...and what makes sense because of the content of the original song :)

There is a long way to love that I must travel,
There is a long way to love but you are trouble.

Anyway,it's great.

I think most of the interpretations of the lyrics posted on here are fucking retarded. When do you remember Alice talking about hell in the movie? And the whole long way to love shit reminds me of terrible Anime. Just sayin'.

I think most of the interpretations of the lyrics posted on here are pretty retarded. I'm pretty positive Alice doesn't say anything about hell at any point in the movie. Just saying it just doesn't make any sense.

And neither does the long way to love or whatever. That sounds like some terrible Anime opening credits translation bullshit. You know what I'm talking about.
