Vikings Vs. Aliens

You guys, this is a trailer for a movie called Outlander, and it is about a war between vikings and aliens. You're welcome.

I would have been sold by the vikings vs aliens premise alone, but to know that Lord of the Rings producer Barrie Osborne is somehow involved? The Barrie Osborne? Who the fuck is Barrie Osborne? Whatever, this movie looks great. I'm going to pretend that every other neo-medieval man-vs-dragon movie (Reign of Fire, Dragon Wars) hasn't sucked. Maybe it was the helicopters. You'd think that armored helicopters vs. dragons would be a really smart idea, but it's always a FAIL. Armored spacecopters vs. spacedragons, however, is way, way different. Fingers crossed.

Two things. 1) It's actual "Dragon War" and 2) this will definitely be the best movie ever made.

Also, if having this Barrie Osbourne on the credit reel was so important, why did they cite him as producer of "Lord of the Ring"? That sounds like a sad addition to that horror movie series

for the last few years, i have been saying that vikings are the new pirates.
apparently, if you repeat the same not-that-interesting statement enough times, to enough people who don't care at all, you will eventually be right.
beowulf? (they're not technically vikings anymore by then, but they're still norse, which is close enough.)
this piece of crap? (woe unto you, jim caviezel.)
aw, the sweet smell of victory.
it's all coming together for this hollywood tastemaker.
