Nicole Kidman's Latest Role Was Created By Lucasfilm's Industrial Light And Magic

The trailer for Baz Luhrman's Australia, guys:

I'm pretty sure Nicole Kidman died before filming was completed on this and had to be CGI-d in for the narration sequences. Either that, or she saw an episode of The Hills and decided no way was she going to let Heidi Montag win 2008's Miss Plastic Face Award. I also like to think that Nicole Kidman goes around asking indigent street urchins if they'd like to hear a story. "You kids look hungry. I'm a multi-millionaire. I could afford to buy you a home built out of food. Want to hear a story?"

Just in case you weren't sold on this movie yet, this, from the synopsis: "A romantic action-adventure set in northern Australia prior to World War II, Australia centers on an English aristocrat who inherits a ranch the size of Maryland." I love a good story about the inheritance of a ranch the size of Maryland. It's just the kind of detail that really hits home. Oh Baz Luhrman, you have done it again. Will you ever stop doing it?
