Last Chance Harvey: Like Nights In Rodanthe For Even Older People

This December, Dustin Hoffman and Emma Thompson will prove that it's never too late for a second chance at love:

This actually doesn't look bad for one of those movies you see with your parents when you go home for the holidays in order to designate two hours in which nobody can discuss the outcome of the election. But that Nights In Rodanthe, man, that was the worst.

I actually wouldn't be offended if, 6 months from now, I'm on a flight back home and this was our in flight entertainment.

Emma (The Perfect) Thompson and Dustin Hoffman displayed so much chemistry in mere minutes in Stranger Than Fiction that since this movie was announced I've been eagerly waiting for it. However, the trailer looks pretty pathetically made and it appears to tell the whole movie, so I think I'll wait to rent it.
And wouldn't Nights in Rodanthe for the John McCain age group be Something's Gotta Give, which oddly enough I saw on a flight from London.

Dustin Hoffman is so intrusive it's romantic. It almost makes you not want to slap a restraining order on his ass, but in the end, your heart knows what's right...

I think videogum needs an Emma Thompson promise.
