Top Challenge: Top Chef Quickfire

It's hard to watch competitive reality television without thinking to yourself "I could do that." But what's even harder, as Gabe and Lindsay learned this week, is to watch competitive reality television and then actually try to do that. Watch as they attempt to complete the most recent Top Chef "Quickfire Challenge" for a panel of culinary luminaries including The L Magazine's bar reviewer, Edith Zimmerman, Top Chef blogger for The Huffington Post, Jane McGivney, and Max Silvestri.
