Sarah Palin "Just Trying To Keep Tina Fey In Business"

At a rally in Florida this morning, Sarah Palin defended her gaffes, saying she was "Just trying to keep Tina Fey in business." She kinda hammed it up, too:

Haha, you can tell it kind of gets to her! While Sarah Palin's ridiculousness has launched Tina into the stratosphere, I don't know if the recent Emmy winner who just signed a six million dollar deal for just the idea of a book needs Sarah's help to stay in business. And Tina herself has said she hopes to get out of this particular business on November 5.

i like to think that the crowd was booing, not at 'MAINSTREAM GOTCHA MEDIA' (wtf?), but at Palin herself....

just makes more sense.

to me.

".. a probably less than successful interview I had recently with, kinda mainstream media..."

Probably, kinda yeah. It was less than successful in the way that the Reagan assassination, Battlefield Earth and the final flight of the Hindenberg were less than successful.

"Mainstream media" is the "trial lawyers" of 2008.

I forgot how Republicans absolutely love independent media outlets! No wait, they like media outlets that don't ask necessary questions and cut-and-paste press releases directly into news items. What a world to live in, right?

I PEE GOLD

So what if facts aren't her "specialty," they don't matter (really do matter), she's got all the Joe six pack gumption America needs.

Elliot

definitly the best part is how it gets to her. behind that cold tough prom queen exterior, lurks a vulnerable and insecure politician.

The best part is how, in a way, she's actually kind of right. She seems to exist primarily as material for the next Tina Fey sketch. She's that ridiculous.
