Will Ferrell Puts His Nutsack On John C. Reilly's Drumset

Step Brothers comes out on DVD today, and after trolling YouTube for a funny scene, I feel like I was kind of hard on the movie after seeing it in the theater (though not as hard as Roger Ebert). Step Brothers is one of those movies you have to go into in the right frame of mind, and I saw it while over-caffeinated and grumpy after work but before dinner. Wrong! The movie is silly and feels like it was created solely because the director was borrowing a big house for a few weeks anyway, but who cares? It has Will Ferrell's nuts in it!:

I'm so happy about all the Google hits we're going to get from Will Ferrell's nutsack fetishists now. Other funny things about Step Brothers: The sleepwalking scene (which is technically the funniest scene), and the movie's contribution to the catchphrase canon: "The Catalina Wine Mixer!" Netflix it, but watch it when your heart and mind are open to silly comedy. And Will Ferrell's balls.

We all know Will Ferrell movies are simply a product of some director going "What would it be like if we put Will Ferrell's comedy in a THIS situation? I bet it would be relatively humorous. Green light that shit. Lunch."

The Christmas Eve sleepwalking scene was the hardest I've laughed all year.

I just feel obliged to make it more clear about the right frame of mind aspect as in correlation to the stoner cinema tag - and seriously this movie is better than whatever the piss dvd you bought at best buy on friday (made of honor?)

WRONG. Boats And Hoes was the funniest part of Step Brothers. It was the first movie I used my free movie-theater-worker movie tickets on after getting let off 4 hours into an 8 hour shift and I enjoyed it.

I thought the Sweet Child Of Mine scene in the car was technically the best scene?
Or was it Boats and Hoes
I suppose I had numerous best scenes.

Ferrell has become barely tolerable with one in every dozen things he does being mildly entertaining. That said, Ferrell's nuts are not something to jump up and down about.
