Nate Corddry Does Bad Spoken Word
It's been a few episodes since I've hate-watched The United States Of Tara, so I missed last night's show, when Nate Corddry's character, Gene the restaurant manager, sent the daughter, Kate, a video of himself reciting an original poem. A tipster just sent the uncut version, and okay, yes, this is funny. Huh?:
It would be funnier if it was just Nate Corddry reciting a bad poem, devoid of any disappointing Showtime show context, but maybe it's time to start hate-watching again. (Thanks for the tip, Rommel!)

Yeah, devoid of context, "Earth, Pulse, Earth, huh?" is awesome.

This is exactly how I want my boss to inform me of my schedule from now on. I work at creepercrombie, so it's fitting.

Basically, Gene and Marshall are the only really compelling characters on that show.
