According to Google, this news has been previously reported in a local Connecticut print newspaper called The Day with a paid subscriber-only website, but I'm going to call it a scoop anyway. A reliable source (What? I have sources. I have a source) confirms that Emmy winner Rachel Axler, the only female writer on The Daily Show, is leaving TDS to write for the Amy Poehler-starring untitled Office spinoff (or whatever), making it even harder to manage expectations and settle the fuck down about how great this show is gonna could possibly be. Rachel wrote a strike diary for the New York Times during the writer's strike, and The Apiary did a great interview with her in 2006. Sorry to be jinx-y, but has any other sitcom been so highly-anticipated at such an early stage of development? Other than Joey, of course.
