Mindy Kaling's Sexy Victory Dance
Is there anyone better right now than Mindy Kaling? Just two days after the news broke that NBC has signed Mindy to a multi-year Tina Fey-style development deal, her character Kelly Kapoor engaged in a hilarious dance-off with Ed Helms's Andy on The Office last night. It was hard not to view it as a victory dance. Here it is:
Mindy has also been killing it on Twitter lately:

Haha, the frustration! Hopefully most of Mindy's followers got the joke. You can pick your friends, but you can't pick your fans.

I'm pretty sure the new receptionist is the chick from the College Humor "blowjob girl" video. Too lazy to Google it, though.

The Office has been rather lousy this season, but last night's episode was fun. I know, I said fun, whatever. And who's that new receptionist, because YOWZA! Amirite?? Anyway, I'm going to have to start following Mindy's twitters, duh.

Even if Mindy didn't actually write Eyelash Wish, expect it next spring.
Someone will write that shit.

"I don't talk trash; I talk smack. They're totally different. Trash talk is all hypothetical like 'Your Mama's so fat she could eat the internet' but smack talk is happening like right now, like you're ugly and I know it for a fact cause I got the evidence right there. "
She's the bestest.

So then the next movie moves to the top of the queue. So number five becomes number four. Number six becomes number five. Number three becomes number two. Etcetera, etcetera. And let’s just say that I just sent back Love Actually, which was awesome. And they sent me Uptown Girls, which is also awesome. But guess what? Now I want to see Love Actually again. But it’s at the bottom of the queue! Oh no, what’ll I do? What I do is this. I go online, I go “click, click, click,” and I change the order of the queue so that I can see Love Actually as soon as I want to. It’s so easy, Ryan. Do you really not know how Netflix works?

mindy, just don't make it a mockumentary about a drab workplace.

I can't believe you didn't mention how much better Ed Helms's dance was, because the answer would be "very much."

I agree; even the old "chair tip" move was done with panache.

Why don't they get her and Andy together on the show? She wants her boyfriend's attention 100% of the time and he seems totally willing to do that.

I agree

Man, these last 7 or 8 episodes have been the best the show has been since Season 2, a huge recovery from the lull it was in at the end of the year.

My favorite part of the Cafe Disco episode was when the office tried to figure out what to call the new hangout. You can watch that video here:
