Glenn Beck Plays With Transgendered Barbies

Glenn Beck was on The O'Reilly Factor last night complaining about whatever, and he illustrated some point about ACORN with a Barbie dream house ripoff and a bunch of generic Barbie-type dolls. Glenn Beck plays with Barbies like a little girl!:

I guess, technically, since Glenn Beck is in on, and in fact, made the joke, putting this up isn't really mean enough to Glenn Beck, but since everything Glenn Beck or Bill O'Reilly do is stupid, the ridicule is inherent. (Via TV Newser.)

I just have one question: Huh?

Bill O'Reilly's audience is developmentally delayed, so this makes complete sense. This is like the child psychologist explaining divorce to a three year old.

I always find Beck to be one of the more intellectually honest conservatives.

Huh? Do you mean honest about his lack of intellectual abilities? Or do you mean honest about his belief that his viewers are incapable of understanding his wackaloon theories without toys as visual aids?

I mean generally. Not from this clip. Which is obviously a joke as referenced by Lindsay.

If by "intellectually honest" you mean oversimplifying complicated theories like socialism and ascribing their origins to people like Stalin (because Stalin = economic theorist obvs.) then, yeah, he is intellectually honest. Or was it just in comparison to O'Reilly et al., in a "Dane Cook is funnier than Jay Leno" way?

Seriously, did he really need the dolls to address his point?

I'm not going to pretend that I think Fox News viewers are the sharpest knives in the drawer, but I still have trouble believing that they're dense enough that they need this illustration. Maybe this is the kickoff to Beck's Spalding Grey comedy career? And if so, can he skip right to the part where he disappears?

they're obviously trying to imply that the leaders of ACORN are trans-gendered or possibly gay
or they're trying to run a Barbie(tm) whorehouse

DAMN ACORN

And here we finally witness the mask drop a little, allowing us to glimpse Glenn Beck's own naked contempt for the reduced mental faculties of his audience

So what they're saying is that Acorn house is a twisted funeral home for transgendered democrats that should be investigated as should the gay and transgendered little people owners who are going to shut it down and start an International YMCA? I'm Fox's target audience right?
