The Shins Perform On Nick Jr.'s Yo Gabba Gabba!

thumbnail icon: The Shins Perform On Nick Jr.'s Yo Gabba Gabba!

If you don't have kids, you're probably only familiar with Nick Jr.'s little kids show Yo Gabba Gabba! because of a boy named Nathaniel, whose unique dancing abilities have made him a running joke on The Soup (yes, second mention of The Soup today.) Yo Gabba Gabba! was created by two members of the band The Aquabats, and often features indie bands performing kid-friendly original songs for the amusement of hipster parents and ironic onesie-wearing tots alike. Here are The Shins performing their original song "It's Okay, Try Again," which will air May 23:

Shins fans looking for clues about Marty's mental state after all that supermodel drama should note that this video was taped last summer.

Yo Gabba Gabba is a great show. I wish it had been around when I was a kid. The "Party in my Tummy" song is my second favorite thing from the show (the Puppet Master, being the first, obviously).

no it isn't. this is the one and only time they recorded for the show. it just took a really long time to air.

How can I embed this video? I don't see any code... is it impossible? I mean, if so, and I "lose" I'll just get over it, because I know somewhere, out there on the Internets, there's another video I'll be able to embed.

I'm From Barcelona shot their episode yesterday. They brought DJ Lance Rock with them to their show last night. It was a trip.
