The Zack And Miri Vs 90210 Double Standard

This poster for Zack And Miri Make A Porno is banned in the USA (but not Canada.) Because of the heads:

(Via /Film.) Which is weird, because there seems to be a double standard in this country when it comes to the insinuation of oral sex in pop culture. It was totally fine on 90210 earlier this week:

Remember this much talked-about scene, which aired at the early hour of 8pm on Tuesday night, in which a character is caught getting a bj in his car in the school parking lot:

If either one is offensive, it has to be the 90210 one, which wasn't banned. I'm starting to think maybe Kevin Smith just can't catch a break.
