EXCLUSIVE: Official Poster For Paul Blart 2: Zoo Cop

thumbnail icon: EXCLUSIVE: Official Poster For Paul Blart 2: Zoo Cop

Well, congratulations, America. You did it. Kevin James is going to be in everything now. Christmas in February! But first he's going to be in this thing. From Variety:

Kevin James, fresh from "Paul Blart: Mall Cop," will star in the title role in MGM's "The Zookeeper" for director Frank Coraci.

In a reteam of "Blart" producers, Happy Madison's producing with James and Jeff Sussman through their Hey Eddie shingle and Todd Garner through his Broken Road banner.

"Zookeeper," penned by Jay Scherick and David Ronn, centers on a lonely zookeeper who decides to leave his job because he can't meet a girl, leading to intervention by the zoo's animals.

Perfect. I've always been wondering when they were going to combine the hilarity of Paul Blart: Mall Cop with the magic of Night at the Museum, the lovability of Madagascar, and the plot of Joe's Apartment.

We have an EXCLUSIVE first look at the poster after the jump.

I guess this is as good a time as any to let you guys know that I'm going to be out of town for a few days picking up my Academy Award for Movie Poster Design. I'm going to keep my Oscar in the bathroom as a wacky conversation piece!

That poster is pretty good, but it could use some floating heads.

What is Blart anyways? A bloody farts. You're right; we're gonna need a bigger shovel.

And a GUN.
