The latest in Tropic Thunder's marketing effort to re-create the internet as it would be if the fake movie-within-the-movie actually existed are three new fake websites: Simple Jack and Scorcher, the fake websites of the fake movies Ben Stiller's character Tugg Speedman was fake in before filming the fake movie in Tropic Thunder, and Tuggspeedman.com, a fake website for Tugg Speedman the character. They're amusing, but at this point, does anybody else just want to see a goddamn comedy movie already? We get it Tropic Thunder. You're coming out August 13. Don't overhype.
