Sarah Palin Is Back In The "News"

WGN Morning News in Chicago responded to a viewer's comment that Sarah Palin's voice reminded her of the mom from the defunct cartoon Bobby's World by playing a bunch of YouTube clips on TV. BREAKING. Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein eat your hearts out and turn that into a news piece.

That's funny. You know why Sarah Palin sounds so much like the mom from Bobby's World? BECAUSE A MILLION PEOPLE SOUND LIKE THE MOM FROM BOBBY'S WORLD. It's a common accent. Did I just provide the world with BREAKING news? I think I'm going to put my Best Journalist Pulitzer in the bathroom as a conversation piece. Next to my gun. And all my bullets.

For real though, Bobby's World was a pretty awesome show. That was required morning television when I was little. Now I have to associate my childhood memories with Sarah Palin? Like Palin herself said about the bridge to nowhere, "thanks but no thanks."
