There's a reason that we made the Videogum "Tracy Morgan Promise" and the reason is Tracy Morgan. The man is nuts. Seriously. Like, "let's ask that police officer for directions to the nearest hospital."
If the thing about him running for mayor wasn't another one of his self-aggrandizing jokes built on a solid foundation of being insane, I would vote for him. I would vote for him two times.
