The Videogum "Tracy Morgan Promise": Better Late Than Whatever

I'm sorry for being so late on this, but Tracy Morgan was on the Late Show with David Letterman on Monday night and I missed it. But as "they" say, a Videogum Promise is a Videogum Promise. They are always saying that.

You know the rule that if you joke about something three times it's probably true? Or something like that? I don't know what the exact math is. Well, that rule can't possibly be applied to comedians who make their living by joking about the same things all the time. That being said, I'm pretty sure Tracy Morgan walks around the house naked with a baseball bat trying to intimidate his teenage sons like some kind of nightmarish Phillip Roth novel, because he talks about that all the time and it's barely even a joke. What's the rule for if you're just really serious about something three times?
