Alec Baldwin Calls Sarah Palin "Bible Spice"

The whole interview is delightful, but Alec's description of what he'll do if "John McBush and Bible Spice" win starts at 9:40:

The great thing about Alec Baldwin is he tries so hard to be modest and self-deprecating, but his love of himself and, let's say, "full immersion" in the Hollywood lifestyle always come through. This sounds like an insult, but it's the reason we love him so much. Like, his story at the beginning about the Emmys, which he tells in the second person? "You go to the Emmys, you say hi to Holly Hunter, you kiss Brooke Shields..." No, Alec Baldwin. YOU go to the Emmys. We go to the grocery store. God, I love that man.

Request to Lindsay: Can you not give away the punchline before showing us the joke? You've got a great sense of humor. You make me laugh daily. But, I think it safe to say that your audience doesn't need much convincing when it comes to watching Alec Baldwin talk about Palin (or anything for that matter) on Letterman. Bible Spice is fucking FUNNY. But less so when I know it's coming.

The end.
