Ricky Gervais Finally Weighs In On Russell Brand's Prank Call Troubles

Well, sort of. Watch Ricky Gervais squirm when he's asked about Russsell Brand's "Huge Scandal In England For Some Reason" prank call to an old actor's "answer-phone." Ricky is clearly not comfortable talking about it:

Russell Brand has since resigned from the radio show, despite many defenders who say the incident has been overblown and wasn't malicious. England, you guys, don't you know there's an election going on? (KIDDING!)

Well at least he had the decency to say "it's not really for me to say." The reason it's being so blown out of proportion is because every attention seeking whore out there is weighing in with their opinions, constantly giving the media something to report on.

The weird thing about the whole Russell Brand thing is that only a couple people complained after the show and they were complaining about language. The rest of the people just heard about it afterward and were just like I NEED TO BE MAD.
