Quentin Tarantino Loves Battle Royale And Ani DiFranco This is either Quentin Tarantino's list of his favorite 20 movies since 1992 (because we should always frame everything within the context of when we got famous), or it is his audition tape for menwholooklikeoldlesbians.com. I AM NOT SURE WHICH.

He says it's only "Movies that have only come out since I've been making movies."

I think what he meant to say, Gabe, was 'M. Night Shamalamadingdong'.

I just always refer to years after 1992 as (1992+n) A.Q. for easy reference.

Also, nice chair. Did he bring it into the studio from his awesome cow-themed house covered in leather and cowboy boots?

I have lost a lot of faith in Tarantino now that he's said "Unbreakable" is one of the masterpieces of our time.

Every time I see Tarantino, or hear him speak, I like him less. But I like his movies.
I'm not sure I can keep living with this schism growing inside me.

The Host and JSA aren't obscure. I think they're the #1 and #2 highest budgeted Korean movies of all time: their industry's attempt to recreate the studio system.

I called "playground" at one minute. I guess I will forever be curious as to how Ani D fits into this.
