Alec Baldwin On The View: Grape Juice Is For Closers
Introducing the Videogum Alec Baldwin Promise: like the Tracy Morgan Promise and the Louis C.K. Promise, we promise to bring you all the Alec Baldwin news that's fit to print, because we love him and he's a National Treasure. Just now, Mr. Baldwin was on The View, and dangit if he didn't kind of behave himself and stick to the important issue of parental alienation on which his new book is based. But a little bit of the crazy slipped out when Alec gave the ladies his example of what it's like to be a normal parent:
If you see any Alec Baldwin goodness, you can be a part of the Promise by sending us a tip.

"If you see any Alec Baldwin goodness" -- is there any other kind? I'm on it, Linds! (Can I call you Linds.)
"..only Alec Baldwin says things like he hopes '[they] all die of heart attacks'".
I prefer to tell loved ones that I hope they "die in fiery car crashes" when I get all mad. I guess the difference is that I'm kidding and he's probably not. Regardless, I love me batshit Alec.

I applaud Alec for speaking up at the torture the state of CA calls Family Court. What he stated on the View today was in fact the truth. I have barely survived 12 years of fighting with and Ex that physically abused me, was arrested and STILL his lawyer got him 50-50 custody. He played the dont take my sonnnnn card to the hilt. He cried he stopped at nothing to show his undying love for his child. He should have received an Oscar. He used every chance he could to shove me against the wall when I picked up our son. He had the judge order me to come to his door and physically receive the child, he was not allowed to walk to my car. He struck me everytime, and nothing was ever done. Family court is a [place where they pretend to do what is best for the child. What they actually do is was is the fastest and easiest to get out of court by lunch time.
