The BicyKids: Oh Please Let This Be Real

thumbnail icon: The BicyKids: Oh Please Let This Be Real

If you read only one LiveJournal breakdown of a job posting for (non-paid) crew for a series of webisodes about "a secret society of bicycles who transform into kids and back again," make it this one: BicyKids:

"The BicyKids" are a secret society of bicycles who transform into kids and back again. Throughout the ages they have helped one great leader of every generation when help is needed most, when the leaders are kids!

Wait just a fucking minute. So I'm supposed to swallow that (a) these are not kids that turn into bicycles, but rather bicycles that disguise themselves as children and (b) they are part of an ancient civilization-spanning conspiracy to assist the human race by (c) helping "great leaders" during those leaders' childhoods? So like they gave a 12-year-old FDR the power to transform into a magical talking wheelchair or something?

The whole breakdown is really funny. If I were a BicyKid I'd want to be "Onesie." The BicyKids even have a MySpace page with the worst "teaser trailer" in history. (We laugh now, but this show probably will get picked up by Nickelodeon.)
