Worlds Been Had Colliding: Lauren Conrad On Family Guy Edition

thumbnail icon: Worlds Been Had Colliding: Lauren Conrad On Family Guy Edition

Two wrongs make a superwrong. Lauren Conrad is going to be animated into an episode of Family Guy. Ugh. It's going to be just like the Thomas Pynchon episode of The Simpsons, except instead of being surprising, inventive, and funny, it's going to be annoying, insipid, and unbearable. You know, like Family Guy. From People:

"She dates Brian for an episode," show creator Seth MacFarlane tells PEOPLE of Conrad's guest-voice stint, where Brian goes out with her to disguise the true object of his affection. When asked if it ends happily or badly for the pair, MacFarlane says, "I'm not going to spoil it!"

THANK YOU FOR NOT SPOILING IT, Seth MacFarlane. As if! The only surprise that could possibly be ruined about this episode is if halfway through it was announced that Family Guy was canceled, Seth MacFarlane's fortune had been stripped from him as he was on his way to jail, and the government had invented a machine that could collectively erase Lauren Conrad from the national consciousness. THAT I WOULD WANT TO SEE FOR MYSELF. Otherwise, relax.

This guy knows what I'm talking about:

DO IT, DAD! THROW IT!

Why only Lauren Conrad? Don't you want to forget Family Guy too? Or is it that we need to remember Family Guy so we never make that mistake again?

Remember those halcyon pre-9/11 days when Family Guy looked and sounded like a retread of "Wait 'Till your Father Gets Home"? So much for holding onto our slightly more innocent mistakes.

I recently saw Seth MacFarlane in walk into the restaurant we were having lunch at off Wilshire. He was wearing a straight-up, not fucking kidding Wilson's House of Leather Jacket. You know what he was doing there? ASKING FOR PARKING VALIDATION.

Reading this post gave me that same feeling: you're fucking kidding me, right? You're kidding with this, dude.

I wish a balrog would come and stick his sword up Seth MacFarlane's asshole.

I would prefer a "family Guy" where Chris gets cast as a contestant on "Bromance."

I remember dying laughing to FG years ago but I was 16, and watching it now, I have no idea if it was actually funny or if I was still cooking. Stop it, "Seth."
