This Week's Wedding Fail Viral Video: Fake?

So this is going around a lot, but something about it seems fishy:

Until these people go on The Today Show and prove otherwise, I call viral marketing. (Via Cajun Boy.)

The fall and subsequent reaction are way fake looking/sounding, too.

I'll admit that i'm usually the first (or fourth at the high end) to post the comment "OMG SO FAKE" on any omg so fake youtube video. So my opinion is biased.

But this, my friends, is Palinesque in its OMG SO FAKEness that it is an insult to our collective intelligence.

Just look at the stink lines of "acting" emitting from the "ringbearer" as he jumps up like a horny dog to present the ring.

Why is shaky video so hard to emulate? Millions of vloggers do it on the daily.

That can't be real. No bride could want to ruin her $2000 dress.

The sound isn't right for a home movie and the camera guy obviously knows what the next important thing is he needs to get in the shot. That doesn't necessarily mean it's fake, it could just be a well made wedding video, but it's probably fake.

It's fake. No one is laughing. People falling in a pool with their clothes on = funny. The more elaborate the clothes, the funnier it is. The absence of laughter here is a dead giveaway.

Most wedding videographers are professionals. I'd be surprised if it was shaky. They also know the sequence of the wedding and prepare their shots accordingly.

That said, why does the cameraman so nonchalantly move up and zoom in on the bride? Wouldn't everyone be so freaked out and panicky that he wouldn't have time to get a good shot? In real life everyone in the seats would have gotten up and knocked the cameraman over.

I gotta vote fake.
