Will Ferrell Is A Rip-Off, Complain The Millionaires According to Forbes magazine, Will Ferrell is the most over-priced movie star. Sure. Because if there is one thing that Hollywood is always concerned about, it is making sure that they spend their money wisely and efficiently.

I'm sure this same scale would place most of the Twilight actors in the most 'underpaid' category, even when you include Kristen Stewart's bonus which she earns for every sylable she utters off-monotone. So it's no better for the art to employ an actor on either list.

Jacques Maritain stated that the purpose of art is "to open up the flesh of everyday life and discover truth in that mortal wound" (Art and Scholasticism, 1920). As an artist, it is Will Ferrel's job to flay us, basically.

It's our fault that the resulting bottom line dismays or that we count dollar signs jumping over deficits in order to sleep.

The metric they used was kinda skewed, in that Will Ferrell had a quiet 09 save for Land of the Lost (UGH). So to look at his box office grosses and sales for 09 vs what he was paid in 09 seems a bit off...
He did his funny-or-die thing well, no promo. Sure he's stackin bank off that too.

KONFESSION KORNER: I liked Land of the Lost. It was dumb and campy and Danny McBride was in it.

Can two comments make it to the Monster's Ball? This goes in the category of Trevor's Choice.

Ice Cube is to blame for putting money in those other actor's pockets. I can't say how much I've spent to not watch Ice Cube do anything.

Will Ferrell may be overpaid, but if you press him hard enough he WILL eat CAT POOP. He says he won't, but he totally will.
