The 10 Saddest Ways To Die

thumbnail icon: The 10 Saddest Ways To Die

Heidi and Spencer are buying weapons:

[Heidi and Spencer] are working on their firearms skills with a personal instructor who went over shooting skills, close combat, tactical, and defense weapons training. Heidi and Spencer came with their own personal arsenal and also rented other weapons.

The Hills couple has been concerned about their protection and have been proactive in educating themselves. They recently spent $10,000 on weapons at the Martin B. Retting store in Culver City, Calif.

Yikes. I wouldn't want to run into them in a dark alley overpriced nightclub.

Here is a list of the 10 saddest ways to die.

Cramazing video after the jump.

You know, research shows that gun owners are more likely to shoot themselves than an intruder, and that there were guns in three out of five homes in which suicide occurs. So there's a statistical possibility that this is actually a good thing.

So was spending 10K a good deal compared to Spencer's going nightclub appearance rate? For some reason, I feel like this growing weapons cache of theirs stems from a late-night viewing of Red Dawn. Or from reading a blog.

i went to a gun range and the first thing they tell you, literally the first thing, is that you should get some footage of you pointing a gun at the camera. because it looks so totally boss.

That was incredible. Love Heidi's shooting outfit. I'm totally wearing that next time I hit the range with my all of my guns.

WHY are they doing this? Has there been a marked increase in anti-Spencer/Heidi "chatter" as monitored by the intelligence community this summer?

what

I can't even fathom how many guns they have in their house now. $10,000 can buy a lot of murder-suicides.

I laughed so much at this, that I finally got around to getting an account with the site.

I can't believe Thing 1 and Thing 2 feel the need to own guns, as if someone is going to actually do something to them. That implies that we care enough to harm them (we don't). Just because people wish you would fall off the face of the earth doesn't mean they're going to do something to make it happen.

Gabe

Please do not tarnish the names of Thing 1 and 2 by comparing them to these clowns.
