That hamburger phone just never stops ringing! Sure to add fuel to the "blogger backlash," Oscar-winning screenwriter Diablo "my diamond shoes are too tight!" Cody has sold a memoir (her second) to Gotham Books:

"Cody, who flashed tattoos and a leopard-print gown at Sunday's ceremony, will re-live her Hollywood triumphs -- including Oscar night -- in a new, untitled memoir due from Gotham in 2009."

Next up for Cody: taking up running, winning an Olympic medal, writing memoir about that. What are you doing with your life?
