Fox Business News Anchors Forget They're On The TV Set

Yesterday on Fox Business News, everybody forgot they were supposed to be covering things and reporting stories and just kept passing to other totally unprepared reporters until finally it stopped. I could have watched five more minutes of this. Best part: "ME?":

They should call it the "You Just Be Pretty" channel.

This reminds me of the "whither the weatherman" skit from Mr. Show. And by skit, I mean the structure of the bonus feature around the preview of the third season. Anybody? Nevermind.

This reminds me of my economics class last summer. Similar stall tactics were used when a the professor called on us, and we had no idea wtf the answer as.

is tv news just for people who don't have the internet now? it seems the only news or breaking news we get, with nothing added, are reporters reading websites.

we need to rescue shep smith from the squalor that is fox news. he's not in this clip, but he's awesome, and i'm afraid being surrounded by such incompetence for too long will diminish said awesomeness.

that or he'll appear so much better than these polished turds, he'll end up the president of fox... (sure, that's nothing to call home about).

Shep Smith just appears awesome in comparison to those he works with. In the real world he is just someone with a mild sense of common sense and a little bit of integrity. You know like how slightly pretty people hang with uglier people to look hotter by comparison but take them away from their ugly entourage and they are just okay.

I didn't even realize there was a Fox Business Channel until now. If CNBC is decidedly pro-business, I can't even imagine what they are.

Also, continuing to claim ignorance to the existence of the Fox Business Channel starting now.

It looks like that last guy was just googling it. I'm glad they get paid to do the same thing I do like 40 times a day for free.
