Doesn't Anyone Want A Free Trip To Greece?

I know saying "FAIL" is over, but it's the only word to describe this video of a local TV station making a 7:21 AM phone call to a sleeping person to "help" her win a trip to Greece. Notice the childlike excitement and wonder of the hosts. That's called "comic juxtaposition" (and also "TV show contest call FAIL"):

Aww. And look how cold it is! This would have been great even without the live TV f-bomb. Related: does anyone remember the TV show or movie where every time the phone rang, one character answered with the name of a radio station, and it was supposed to show how trashy that character was? It's famous, I swear, and totally the kind of thing Kenny Powers from Eastbound And Down would do. Anyway, that was awesome.

One Crazy Summer, directed by underappreciated genius "Savage" Steve Holland, of Better Off Dead fame.

Yeeaaay Toronto love! And yes it is cold, when I saw it was 14 degrees (celsius) I was happy our temps are getting around to double digits and decided to break out the spring jacket.

At four-fucking-teen degrees. (Psst: Also am I the only one that wants to see Kevin some more? I miss his suspenders.)

Awwwww I used to watch that show every morning before I went to school for about 8 or 9 years. They are pretty good actually in 'Morning News Show' standards.

They always told me when my school bus was canceled because of the snow.
(First three people to make a Canada/snow joke win a high five!)

If you were to say something right now, what would it be?

Indeed.

Andrew Dice Clay did that in Ford Fairlane. You pay dirt with K-DIRT. Don't hate me cause I know that.
