Tom Brokaw Is Pleased As Punch

My DVR froze on this during the Golden Globes last night, and I think it was trying to tell me to share it:

Somebody is so pleased with himself and his velvet jacket!

The Life of the Mind

I don't know why I thought of this, but for some reason I imagined Brokaw actually saying this in his slow, lo-pitched drawl, and it reminded me of drunk Jeff Goldblum.

This also reminded of when he was reporting from Utah for the 2002 Winter Olympics and fell asleep on camera. Too cute!
