I Call FAKE On The Pineapple Express Alternate Ending

thumbnail icon: I Call FAKE On The Pineapple Express Alternate Ending

Ooh, how ballsy, to call "Fake!" on this Pineapple Express "alternate ending" scene that came out this week on the heels of the DVD release last Tuesday. Anyone who has seen the actual, totally genius/meta/awesome last scene will immediately recognize this for the DVD extra it was filmed to be. It's the intentional "you know how I know you're gay?" of PE. But anything Pineapple Express is fun, and this has no real spoilers, so:

Did you know Pineapple Express tied with Forgetting Sarah Marshall for Best Comedy of 2008? It's true.

Was this a Kevin Smith movie or did it just aspire to be one?

I'm glad you, unlike many people, loved "Marshall" and "Express" as I did.

Naw man, no need to front - it was the best comedy of 08.

Then again, I saw the totally UNRATED OVEREXTENDED version of Sarah Marshall, so do I really know?

"I'm like the nerd at the sleepover" has been a very useful quote for me for months now.

whats wrong with this scene is whats wrong with Baby's Day Out... it shoudl've been fump times more graphically violent... the movie was pretty darkly violent, and David Gordon Greene's 'Undertow' had that awesome scene with the nail in the foot... I'm sorry I side tracked myself because now I'm picturing Home Alone done with Saw type consequences... like when Harry burns his hand on the door knob, it would like burn completely thru his hand
