And yet somehow this Japanese blackface Obama magician (via BoingBoing) phonetically repeating phrases like “Yes We Can!” to describe his silk scarves trick momentarily takes the shine off of the whole Obama thing. (That’s how you describe momentous historical moments accompanied by dramatic nation-wide shared emotional responses: “the whole Obama thing.”) Japanese blackface Obama magician can pull ‘s out of thin air.
