Hahahahahaha, I can’t get over the stupidity of the question this paparazzo was asking Jake Gyllenhaal as he walked in to jury duty, and the perfect comic timing of Jake’s kick. I would have kicked him, too:

Here’s my problem with these type o’ paparazzi, if that was Jake Gyllenhal’s little brother bothering the fuck out of him, nobody would care that he kicked him like that. But all of a sudden when its some dude you don’t even know shoving a camera in your face its assault?! Please.
