The Spirit is the directorial debut of Frank Miller (writer of 300 and Sin City), based on the comic by Will Eisner. It’s not coming until January 2009, but here is a trailer. January 2009 is a really long time to pee your pants, nerds. Wake me up when I’m a size 5.
It’s too bad that CGI technology isn’t advanced enough to animate buses or trains yet because that is such an inconvenient way to get around town.

Am I the only one who thinks that these overly-CGI’ed comic book movies look horrible? Especially taking revered material like “The Spirit” and making it look like an eSurance ad…
