A White Stripes parody about Charles Nelson Reilly with a music video produced by JibJab? The Old God sits upon his throne and laughs at the petty human concerns of “timeliness” and “relevance.”

That’s not so good, Al
I am honored.
I remember when I discovered JibJab. My first thought was “I bet people with really stupid senses of humor think this site is hee-larious”.
Didn’t they air segments from Jib Jab for Jay Leno on the Tonight Show?
(reinforcing your point)
“Weird Al Yankovic – in 3D” … Received it as a stocking stuffer in ‘86 from an alcoholic aunt (out of the wrapper). It was the only tape I owned – besides a Def Leppard “Pour Some Sugar on Me” single – and thus memorized every lyric while I practiced holding my breath every morning in the bathtub. So, maybe I’m affected by that, but … I LOVE THIS SONG!!!
(help!)
Weird Al is all right by me. Now you know my totally useless and unsubstantiated opinion on Weird Al Yankovic. I’m sure you are happy.
Huge Weird Al fan, but I have noticed on his last album or two that he has really started to start writing songs that have more to do (probably) with his own likes/dislikes and less to do with timeliness and big hits. That’ll probably happen when you’re 50 years old and have been doing parody songs for about 30 years, though.
Album cover please… and call it something good too… like Weird Al’s Face is a Pomeranian’s Asshole.
my bad… its a Jack Russell’s asshole… Weird Al’s Face is a Jack Russell’s Asshole… or the second coming of Christ. Whatever works.
Who is Charles Nelson Reilly?
He was in the greatest movie ever made: Cannonball Run 2!

Hehe, thanks so much!
Also, dude was on The Match Game? When he was, like, 50? Wow, I didn’t know Weird Al was that out of touch. Or that he was 65.
Did y’all see? I was totally the star of this video!
almost as dated as “new” eminem.
“Jessica Simpson!!!!!!”
Okay, the “Cold Fusion” joke was funny, though.
leave weird al alone. he tweeted about being excited for the release of the state on dvd. that has to count for something.
I think I know you. Give you a hint. I’m sillycucumber from ONTD.
I hope you can figure out who I am!!!!!
Whatever, I remain excited about his Homestar Runner-style parody of the John Kerry campaign, with special guest appearance by The Bloodhound Gang.
… and I can’t hate the guy too much. ‘Dare to be Stupid,’ his awsome contribution to the original Transformers film, is still far better than anything in ‘Revenge of the Fallen.’
Is anyone really watching the video? Are they seeing the animated Reilly kicking a moose in the face and chopping cows in half with his foot? That alone is worth a couple lol’s.
Plus, making fun of Meg White’s drumming (however subtly) is always relevant.
Um, if he’s referencing CNR, then the’s the video’s referencing’s a little older than ‘04…
