As if being a kid whose parents make her act in commercials wasn’t already bad enough, one of the little girls in this commercial for Ally Bank is probably going to have lifelong self-esteem issues. And hate ponies. And REALLY hate pretty little blond girls:
Of course, it could just be magnificent acting on the part of the unloved girl, but at least the first moment seems like real disappointment. (And somebody needs to point out that blondie “didn’t ask,” either.)

“Well you didn’t ask.” But neither did the blonde girl! Argh. Dumb commercial. That apparently takes place in a Dali painting.
It would of been terrible, but I would of loved the commercial if the guy replied “Well, I didn’t want to invite the teeth comparisons”.
It “would have” been terrible and you “would have” loved the commercial if you had been using correct grammar. Point for the teeth joke, though.
Eh, I knew someone was going to give shit as soon as I clicked submit. Whateva, you got what I meant.
As this commercial clearly shows, nerds will get toy ponies and beautiful idiots like me get real ones.
I’m pretty sure the fact that the blonde girl didn’t ask was part of the ‘joke’ of the commercial.
Also, I wonder if the director didn’t even tell the girl about the script and just got a reaction shot of her real disappointment, and then coached her lines and inserted them later. Someone give this guy a feature film about sad children.

i don’t trust fully invested child actors. i call little person on this one…. either that or this is a truly candid moment.
Blondes have more ponies.
When I first saw this I thought Narrator was going to say “Even kids know it’s wrong to judge people based on looks”.
That little girl’s face from about 0:20 on, AWESOME!
That was totally candid. And as such, also totally fucked up. Unless they gave her a pet rhino right after the shot. In which case it is awesome.
