This is tasteless and illogical. For instance, why are they make fun of dead babies? Does the government really think that’s nice? Emily died two years ago, poor little thing. If you do the math, she was eleven. She was tiny for eleven. Clearly, she had some congenital disease like growth-retarding herpes.
