BIG NEWS! Since we last spoke about animal videos, it was brought to my attention that the Shiba Inu puppy cam is BACK! Great! This was brought to my attention, like, right after we talked (about animal videos) last week, though, so maybe you all know about this already. But if there’s one thing that I believe, it’s that you can never be reminded too much about the Shiba Inu puppy cam. A reminder is always welcome. I just saw one of them yawn! And then this happened for honestly minutes, and now that one is asleep. Soooooo. Pretty big. Pretty big news. Does anyone else have any news to bring to the table? Has anyone purchased a mini pig since last week? If yes, how affection would you say it is, on the scale of cat to dog? Plz let me know in the comments. Ahhhhhhhhhh! I don’t think I will ever get tired of chimpanzees interacting with humans and/or doing things that humans do. Since coming across that video I’ve watched it about 6 times, which doesn’t seem like a lot, but when you compare it with the normal ONE time, well, it is five times more than that. Soooo. Great job, chimp! I’m aware that some of you might not be able to recognize how perfect the hairless rat taking a bath video is, so if you cannot recognize its perfection you can move on to kitten trying to wake up friend and dog playing fetch with itself. Very easy to love. Very cute. And then, what do you know, you have ANOTHER TINY ANIMAL TAKING A BATH. What is this? A holiday? Yes. It’s Wednesday. The day we watch the animal videos. Happy Wednesday! Goodbye!

I used to have hairless rats!! They’re really fantastic pets. Very smart and clean, and so pink and wrinkly and cute!
This one looks like the Brain after Pinky has done something stupid. It also looks like the bottom of a foot (a soft, pampered foot).
Strangely appealing, though.

I just watched #6 with my dog, and he asked why we don’t go to Griffith Park anymore. BECAUSE YOU HAVE A LAWN, MISTERPUPPY. BECAUSE YOU HAVE A LAWN.
I’m getting a dog in a few weeks and we live a twenty minute walk from Griffith Park. I thought we would go all the time, but we met our dog Sunday and he gets lazy after a walk around the block. So much for my stay-fit-with-dog scheme. Maybe we’ll drive him to the park.
Did I say “stay”? Hahahaha. I definitely meant “get.”

Listen. Sometimes kitties are sleeping and they won’t wake up when their buddies clearly want to play with them. Sometimes they’re under hats. Sometimes they fight with bunnies. Whatever. It’s all adorable.

Aww. Hairless bathing rat looks just like my grandfather in the shower…!
Argghh #9! No! Never let a rabbit play with an animal smaller than it is; its legs are powerful enough to cause internal bleeding without much effort. Rabbits should only be around other rabbits, or larger animals like full grown cats and dogs.
