How old is this child supposed to be? If he’s young enough for this to be cute, then he should also be in a car seat.
This looks foreign so they probably don’t have to put kids in seats all the way up to 12/13 like they do here. When I was growing up we never had car seats after like 3 and we’re all FINE.
