Hey, so how about that Chloe Moretz on 30 Rock, right?! Sometimes good, sometimes bad! But a nice addition to the episode overall, I would say. And I was very impressed with myself when I remembered her name while watching it. Otherwise I feel like the episode was just another of the same kind we’ve been seeing lately — half-heartedly written in “the 30 Rock style,” seemingly without giving much thought to the actual plot of the episode. Oh well. Jack is always great! And Jack and Chloe Moretz were funny together. C’est la vie. Right? C’est la vie. Parks and Recreation — the last Parks and Recreation for a while — was good, obviously. Sean Hayes was great, but my favorite plot line was the Andy/Women’s Studies plot line, because Andy is the best. It’s impressive that they’ve been able to sustain the “Leslie running for office” plot throughout the entire season without it getting tired. It’s still fun to watch! The reveal at the end — that the tape had been “lost” at the airport — seemed kind of rushed, but that would probably be my only criticism. Do you think Leslie’s going to win? The most important question of our time?! WHAT DO YOU THINK?!? I think “yes.” Yes she is going to win. That’s my guess, as an expert. Unfortunately I was unable to watch The Office, which actually has been pretty fine lately. Was this episode fine? Let me know if it was fine or if it wasn’t fine!

Tracy finally gets the end of the Sixth Sense!
Sorry, I was shaking with laughter at this and my hand accidentally clicked thumbs down!
The Ann/Tom relationship is starting to get to me. They are really pushing it on believability.
I disagree. I feel like both characters are staying true to themselves and the writers have been careful not to make it too serious yet.
Yes, they are both funny as “a couple who have fun together” on the show, but I’m just having trouble believing they go home together at the end of the episode. As Donna said, “When you two spoon, who spoons who?” Intimacy between characters is not something I like to think about, but I shouldn’t even have to think about it, you know?
Based on how they talk about the relationship, they seem to be broken up whenever they aren’t on screen together.

The Office was fine.

PS – Your predictions about Andy & Erin being the new Jim & Pam were right.
FLW’s Winter Wipeout Recap:
Bunch of people fell off the obstacles on the first run. They narrowed it down to 12. Then they narrowed it down to 6. Then they narrowed it down to 3. Then a guy won.
Dude, spolier alert next time.
Sheldon Cooper’s “whipped” app was amusing, although Chandler Bing did it best.

My Awake recap then (because I get to stay up late on Thursday, even after the comedy block is over and you all have to go to sleep). The show seemed to trudge on as one would expect it to and it was pretty okay. Except for the annoying part about the doctor using his own semen to make all the sperm bank babies. If I’m going to watch that plot once again it better have some Isla Fisher in it, am I right!? But yeah, the last scene happened and that was just very unfortunate. So I guess it took less than 2 hours for this show to be ruined?
I didn’t watch this week because I’m already bored with it, sorry Luscious Malfoy (I can’t believe it took me this many years to think of that), but I feel like we need recaps of it just based on your little blurb.
I just can’t believe I didn’t realize that guy was Lucius Malfoy! What is wrong with me??
I hate how every hour-long drama on network TV has to have some sort of procedural element to it. It can’t just be a family drama about a guy who is living in 2 separate realities, one reality where his wife died in a car accident and the other his son (apparently that is not an interesting enough premise on it’s own). He also has to be murder police, who uses his 2 realities to solve crimes in unexpected ways. All the family stuff on the show has been really well done, while the crime scene investigation stuff is a snooze.
I can’t wait for Bear Claw Monday!
Go buy yourself a walkman!
Dear Donna,
I love your face and all its amazing expressions. I will miss it dearly over the next few weeks.

Does anyone have a gif of Tom and Ann doing their handshake?
Deepgum: Can we talk about how dismissive The Videogum Community has been re the unilateral resurgence of The Office as a quality television show over the past six weeks? I know it’s “over.” But didn’t Rambo say that nothing is over? Didn’t Rambo say that?
Dwight has been amazing this season. You would think all his quirks would have grown tired by now, but they somehow have been able to keep him entertaining. Maybe it’s because Jim has been around him more.
Also, Stanley is my new favorite fringe character. Sorry, Creed.
I’m a college course graduate.
Oh, this exchange was amazing.
